Brenner Tank Under New Ownership
Walker Group Holdings LLC of New Lisbon Wisconsin, a portfolio company of Insight Equity, announced today that they have agreed in principal to purchase Brenner Tank LLC of Fond du Lac Wisconsin from Peterson Industries LLC.
Brenner is one of North America's leading manufacturers of Stainless Steel and Aluminum tank trailers for the transportation of food, chemical, environmental and petroleum products. In addition to its headquarters and main manufacturing plant in Fond du Lac Brenner maintains parts and repair facilities in Mauston WI, Houston TX, Memphis TN, Ashland KY, and Gonzalez LA.
