Inside Sales Engineer/Estimator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for generating specifications for quotes/estimating and processing orders.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES:

May require an Associate's Degree and/or a minimum of five years of experience in one or more of these areas is required:estimating, engineering, manufactuiring production or accounting in a manufacturing enviornment is required.

KEY COMPETENCIES

1. Prior estimating experience preferred
2. Estimating in a manufacturing durable goods environment preferred
3. Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills required
4. Team skills - ability to effectively participate in a team environment to complete projects
5. Ability to maintain a positive approach while working under pressure from multiple internal and external sources
6. Ability to interact occasionally in a shop environment, review equipement (tanks) by stooping, bending, climbing ladders will be required
7. Requirement of analytical skills including exceptional mathematical computation
8. Willingness to work 45+ hrs/week upwards to 50 when business demands are high
