Job Summary

Responsible for appropriately resonding to customer requests via telephone or in person for parts sales.

Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain positive interactions with customers to provide support and enhance company products and services.
2. Prior experience with automotive, truck, or trailer parts preferred
3. Proficient skill operating within a Windows computer enviornment, ERP/MRP experience preferred.
4. Valid driver's license required
